Prep football standouts from around the Midwest converged in the Chicagoland area for the Opening Regional competition on Saturday. Included in that group who attended and showed off their skills at Addison Trail High School were Wisconsin Badgers verbal commits Tyler Beach, Jake Ferguson and Izayah Green-May.

Ferguson tweeted his results on Saturday, and judging by the results, he performed quite well. The Madison Memorial prospect, who's projected to be tight end in head coach Paul Chryst's offense, ran a 4.73 40-yard dash and recorded a 33.4" vertical jump. He also displayed a 4.15 second agility drill, which placed him in the 99th percentile for his class. Barton Simmons from 247Sports said the three-star prospect was the "best tight end prospect he's seen this year" and "was smooth, athletic, consistent as a pass-catcher and even dominant in an open-field space drill."

While we're awaiting official results to be posted to the Opening's website for both Beach and Green-May, social media did get a chance to see the Port Washington, Wis. product perform his 40-yard dash.

It appears to be a busy weekend for the 6'6, 270-pound lineman, as Beach also appears to be in Kansas City on Sunday for a Rivals Camp.
