Mason Stokke is one of Wisconsin's four in-state commits for the class of 2016, joining Cole Van Lanen, Tyler Biadasz and Luke Benzschawel. Stokke is a big linebacker measuring 6'3, 205 pounds, and is a great fit at outside linebacker for Wisconsin's 3-4 defense.
The Menomonie native is a good candidate to redshirt with a number of impact linebackers returning for the Badgers in 2016, but is a prospect to look out for in the future.
Stokke was an early verbal commit and became the third member of UW's 2016 class in late April. He visited Madison on Dec. 11, and chose the Badgers over Iowa, Army and Northern Illinois.
