One of Wisconsin's top targets in the 2016 recruiting class named his top five, which included the Badgers, Arizona State, UCLA, Washington and Stanford, in no particular order.
According to 247Sports, Rand is the #43 player in the entire country, #8 defensive tackle and #1 player in the state of Arizona. His crystal ball currently reads 100% in favor of the Arizona State Sun Devils.
Adding Rand to the 2016 class would push the Badgers all the way up to 4th in the Big Ten, behind Ohio State, Penn State and Michigan.
