The first session of the annual Big Ten media days yielded some interesting news from the Wisconsin Badgers on Thursday.

Along with rumblings about athletic director Barry Alvarez wanting to change the way the admissions appeals process is run and -- though not news directly from the media days -- former Wisconsin signee Jordan Stevenson committing to Big Ten West rival Nebraska, two other Badgers will not be on the 2015 roster.

Head coach Paul Chryst told media during Thursday's press conference that cornerback Devin Gaulden and offensive lineman Jaden Gault will not be with the team in 2015.

Gaulden has graduated and will reportedly transfer to Wake Forest, according to Chad Wilson of GridironStuds.com, with 247Sports' Evan Flood reporting the same destination as well. BadgerBlitz.com's John Veldhuis first tweetedearlier Thursday that the Miramar, Fla., native was not on the updated roster handed out during the media day extravaganza.

Gaulden appeared to confirm his next program on Twitter:

Gaulden, a fifth-year senior, played in all 14 games last season with five starts as a nickelback after coming back from a string of injuries that made him miss all of the 2013 and most of the 2012 season. He recorded nine tackles and two passes defended during the 2014 season and has graduated with a degree in life sciences communications.

Gault, a heralded four-star commit coming out of Cottage Grove (Monona Grove), Wis., in 2014, enrolled early in the spring of 2014 but has dealt with depression and took a leave of absence during his redshirt season last year.
