---
The Wisconsin Badgers' third practice after spring break ended in a scary situation Sunday, as multiple media reports noted sophomore cornerback Derrick Tindal was taken to UW Hospital at the end of practice. Tindal, who played a significant amount last season as a true freshmen in certain subpackages, tried to tackle redshirt freshman running back Taiwan Deal, which was first noted by the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel's Jeff Potrykus. Fortunately, as seen below, it was reported Tindal had feeling in his extremities.
#Badgers Tindal went down trying to tackle TB Taiwan Deal. Went low.

Junior center Dan Voltz also suffered another injury Sunday, this time apparently to his left ankle -- the same one that he injured towards the end of last season.

Practice highlights
Galloway also noted the Badgers scrimmaged with the first and second teams.
Through the power of social media, here's more highlights from Sunday's practice:
One highlight of #Badgers spring practice: Joel Stave's 2 yard naked bootleg TD run. Also, his 70 yard TD pass to Alex Erickson.

It appears you can't go a spring practice without true freshman quarterback Alex Hornibrook's name coming up. Galloway, Potrykus and ESPN Wisconsin's Zach Heilprin noted the Pennsylvania native in their recaps, along with other mentions below:
QB Alex Hornibrook went 5 for 5 for 65 yards on one TD drive. And Jazz Peavy caught 3 passes, including the 5 yard TD. #Badgers

Alex Hornibrook looked great during scrimmage. Led second team on 65-yard TD drive where he was 5-5 passing.

Dave Aranda called Sojourn Shelton "the biggest breakout guy on defense" after practice today.
— Jason Galloway (@Jason_Galloway) April 12, 2015
DC Dave Aranda really likes what he's seen from CB Sojourn Shelton: "He’s been the biggest breakout guy so far on defense." #Badgers

Austin Kafentzis got his 1st team rep today during UW's scrimmage. It was handoff to Deal that led to Tindal injury, which ended practice.

And a certain former Heisman Trophy finalist and Badger great apparently was at practice Sunday, showing love for junior wide receiver Reggie Love.
