I don't need to sit here and tell you about the dire situation that is the Wisconsin passing game. You've heard it all before and honestly it isn't that much fun to rehash. The Badgers had a good haul at wideout in 2014, but none of them were able to step up and grab significant playing time last season. Enter this year's recruiting class and speedster Andrew James from Ft. Lauderdale. The dude is nicknamed "Bullet" and has reportedly been clocked in the 40-yard dash at 4.33 seconds. You'll see the speed in the video below and it is also worth noting that he returned kicks for his high school team which could allow him to see the field early in his career. Despite being a Gary Andersen kid, James had this to say about Coach Chryst:
"Even before I talked to him I heard great things about coach Chryst. I'm really excited to meet him and play under him. He's a great offensive mind and getting a chance to speak with him just made me like him even more."

Verbally committed March 11, 2014
James committed to Wisconsin almost a year ago over offers from Cincinnati, USF, ECU, FIU, Temple, Tulane, Bowling Green and Appalachian State. Wisconsin was a school that showed early interest in James and stuck with him while he rehabbed his injury, so he stayed committed even after receiving more offers. The Badgers were also the most prestigious school on the list, so it seems pretty clear why James was comfortable selecting them. Chris Beatty was his original recruiter and Inoke Breckterfield kept him in the fold when the new staff came on board.
