Wide receiver Alex Erickson, linebackers Joe Schobert and Vince Biegel, along with left tackle Tyler Marz and Michael Caputo have represented the Wisconsin Badgers with All-Big Ten honors on the field for the 2015 season. Their efforts have helped lead UW to a 9-3 record and a Holiday Bowl berth against traditional powerhouse USC on Dec. 30 in San Diego, Calif.

Off the field and in the books, UW football players are getting the job done as well. 27 of head coach Paul Chryst's players -- 61 total Wisconsin student-athletes -- were named to the 2015 fall Academic All-Big Ten team. Students must be letterwinners who carry a cumulative grade-point average (GPA) of 3.0 or higher and are in at least their second academic year at their university or institution in order to be eligible for these honors.
