The Wisconsin Badgers (8-2, 5-1) returned to the Amway Coaches poll and the AP Top 25 on Sunday after their 31-24 win over Maryland a day earlier.
Head coach Paul Chryst and his team head into their bye week No. 22 in the Coaches poll and No. 23 in the AP poll. They return to both polls for the first time since their conference opening loss to Iowa back in early October.
Speaking of the Hawkeyes, they are No. 8 in both, as six Big Ten teams are ranked. Ohio State is No. 1 in the Coaches poll and No. 2 in the AP poll (Clemson jumped them to No. 1 with their victory over Florida State).
Michigan State, after their heart-breaking loss to Nebraska, falls to No. 14 in each. Michigan is No. 15 in both, while Northwestern -- like Wisconsin -- breaks into the rankings, though at No. 24 in each poll.
