The Wisconsin Badgers, despite being idle this week, moved up two spots in both the Amway Coaches and Associated Press (AP) polls on Sunday to No. 20 and No. 21, respectively.
Once again, six Big Ten conference teams grace each poll. Ohio State comes in at No. 2 for both, dropping one spot in the coaches poll. Iowa (10-0, 6-0), off of their 40-35 victory at home against Minnesota, jumps up to No. 6 in both.
Michigan State bolts up five spots in each to No. 14, while the Wolverines move up to No. 13 in the coaches poll and No. 14 in the AP poll after their double-overtime win at Indiana.
Northwestern and Wisconsin flip flop positions in both ranking systems. Northwester is No. 20 in the AP poll and No. 21 in the coaches. The Wildcats and Badgers meet at 2:30 p.m. CT next Saturday at Camp Randall Stadium.
