The Jay Norvell chatter is hanging around Madison. After he "mysteriously" followed several Wisconsin-related people on Twitter over the weekend, the former Oklahoma co-offensive coordinator and receivers coach has entered the picture for Paul Chryst's yet-to-be finalized coaching staff. Norvell was fired by Oklahoma last week, and as a Madison native who was an assistant at UW from 1989-94, he could be making his return home before long.
