DeSoto, Texas, inside linebacker Chris Orr announced his commitment to Wisconsin on Saturday while in town for camps. Orr is the Badgers' 10th commit for 2015 and the fourth in June.

Wisconsin was the highest-profile of three offers made to Orr, a 6'0, 215-pound linebacker. Nevada and North Texas were his other two offers, though Arkansas and Baylor also expressed interest. In Andrew's preview of this weekend's two camps at Camp Randall Stadium, he identified Orr as one of four offered recruits who could be close to committing.
The Badgers have been recruiting Orr hard and are his best offer. Wisconsin has momentum in Texas, and there's still a quick route to the field in Madison. It's entirely possible that he leaves camp this weekend without committing, as he does want an offer from Arkansas. But the Badgers have space available, and the way commits could be popping off this weekend, Orr could well grab a spot.
Orr's commitment continues the Badgers' hot streak in Texas after landing Dallas (South Oak Cliff) teammates Takadrae Williams and X'zaviae Ausborne earlier this month. Prior to those two, the Badgers had went six years without a commitment from Texas. Another could soon be in the mix as well, as Orr's teammate at DeSoto, wide receiver Kevin Thomas, has Wisconsin in his top five.
Linebacker remains a priority for Wisconsin, and Orr becomes the second in the 2015 class alongside Bradenton, Florida, prospect Nick Thomas, UW's most recent commit before Orr.
