After winning the Big Ten hockey tournament this weekend, Wisconsin automatically earned a No. 1 seed in the NCAA tournament bracket released Sunday.
The Badgers (24-10-2), placed in the Midwest region in Cincinnati, will open vs. No. 4 North Dakota Friday at 7 p.m. CT on ESPNU. The winner will play whomever advances from Ferris State-Colgate Saturday at 4:30 p.m. CT on ESPNU. From there, the Frozen Four will be held April 10 at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, with the NCAA championship game two days later.
