Minnetonka (MN) guard Riley Dearring was the first member of Wisconsin's vaunted 2013 recruiting class to sign on the dotted line this morning to kick off the early signing period in college hoops.
His proud papa tweeted out some nice pics of the event this morning:
It's official twitter.com/3DDubs/status/…

Evan Flood reported that Pasadena (CA) guard Jordan Hill, prepping at Exeter Academy in New Hampshire this year, also sent in signed scholarship papers this morning. Both Hill and Dearring have been outspoken on social media voicing their excitement over the group Wisconsin has brought together. And the enthusiasm appeared to be infectious, based on pictures from their official visits.
Big man Vitto Brown has tweeted that he will hold his signing ceremony tonight at Bowling Green HS.
Everybody if you're available come to BG high school wed at 7 to watch me officially sign to Wisconsin! Thanks hope to see you all there!

That leaves Wisconsin's very own Bronson Koenig, who just celebrated his 18th birthday, and UW's most recent commit Nigel Hayes. Though there doesn't appear to be any cause for alarm, word on the street ($) is that Hayes is not planning to actually sign today. The early signing period ends next Wednesday, Nov. 21.
Bo Ryan cannot publicly comment on recruits until they have signed their National Letter of Intent. The university will release a combined statement once the full class has sent into their paperwork.
