I think it's safe to say Nick Toon will be a little more careful about talking to the press in the future.

Hey everybody- I hope all of your weekends went well. Let's get this show on the road.

Ever head the saying "loose lips sink ships?" It's an old phrase that the Wisconsin athletic department will probably re-emphasize after wide receiver Nick Toon accidentally committed a NCAA recruiting violation, according to Jeff Potrykus of the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel.

Potrykus writes that Toon accidentally violated NCAA rules when he answered a few questions from a TV reporter about Russell Wilson's visit to Madison. Potrykus says the violation was minor, and that it won't affect Wilson's eligibility should he decide to play for the Badgers. The bylaw Toon violated prohibits schools from commenting about prospective signees. Normally interview requests are subject to review by the athletic department, but Toon spoke with the reporter at a WIAA state tournament, so the request wasn't cleared. Again, Potrykus says the violation was minor, but you can be sure the Badgers will get a refresher about NCAA rules in the future!

Construction on LaBahn Arena is coming right along, according to UWBadgers.com.

Potrykus also writes that former Wisconsin forward Jon Leuer is about to live the dream
