8

The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel's Jeff Potrykus is reporting Wisconsin offensive coordinator Paul Chryst has a formal offer from Texas to become the Longhorns' offensive coordinator. But despite numerous indications that the offer could be as much as $1 million, Potrykus' sources say Chryst may stay at Wisconsin anyway, with the Badgers giving him a sizeable raise. From the report: Two sources reiterated Tuesday they would be surprised to see Chryst leave despite the allure of the Texas program and the huge dollar figure. They continue to point to the fact that Chryst is a Wisconsin native, UW graduate and son of the late George Chryst, who played and coached at UW. They also note the thought of uprooting his wife and three children is not appealing. For the entire story, click on the headline above.
