Team USA captain Jake McCabe was assessed an egregious ten minute misconduct for what was deemed a check to the head vs Canada on Sunday.
Team USA fell to Canada on Sunday 2-1, but Wisconsin defenseman Jake McCabe was in the penalty box for much of the third period.
McCabe was assessed a two minute minor, and ten minute misconduct penalty for head contact when he hit Canadian forward Xavier Ouellet coming across the blue-line.
