The same bad habits that gave Wisconsin trouble in the first two rounds of the Old Spice Classic resurfaced against Notre Dame and the scrappy Irish took advantage. While the Badgers played passively, the Irish showed them how to win a preseason tournament when the shots aren't falling.
Until Wisconsin proves it can shoot well consistently from the outside, the team should expect to see a lot of zone defense. Fortunately for the Badgers, they have still managed to methodically grind out two victories in the Old Spice Classic and they'll look to take the title home Sunday.
