Undecided on College Choice

Finke came on strong with a very strong summer playing with the Peoria Irish. Though his recruitment started slow with the likes of South Dakota State, Nebraska-Omaha, and a couple Horizon League offers, Wisconsin and Iowa offered Finke on the same day (August 1) he made an unofficial visit to Madison. The wild card in the equation is that Finke is an Illinois legacy play -- his father played both basketball and football for the Illini in the 1980s. He visted Illinois Aug. 28, with planned visits to Iowa on Sep. 15 and a return to Madison planned for Sep. 22. Missouri, Tennessee and Stanford are also calling now. Finke recently named four leaders in his recruitment and Wisconsin made the cut.
