Undecided on College Choice

Abdul-Malik Abu is one of the most well-spoken prospects you will come across in the 2014 class. Hailing from Boston, Abu has garnered tons of attention in the past year while attending prep school in New Hampshire. The Badgers made a visit out east to see him as early as last fall when he was a sophomore. Abu's game has grown by leaps and bounds since then and he already possesses a college-ready frame. He and AAU teammate Jared Terrell (whom UW has also scouted) have mentioned wanting to play together in college, but we know how rarely works out. With Wisconsin's official offer on the table now, the Badgers join Michigan State, Maryland, Temple, Connecticut, West Virginia, Iowa State, Rutgers, Cincinnati, Seton Hall, Boston College and Providence in hot pursuit. Other suitors, including more from the Midwest, are sure to follow.

Even as he confirmed his hopes to play with Terrell, Abu has a big summer ahead of him entering his senior year, with Kentucky planning to watch him during July.
