The offensive line factory at Wisconsin reeled in another stud out of Ohio in Toledo offensive lineman Matt Miller. A two-way player in high school at offensive tackle and defensive end, Miller projects as an interior offensive lineman at Wisconsin.

The name may be familiar to some, as Miller's older brother Jack recently completed his redshirt season as a center for Michigan. The younger Miller visited Michigan multiple times, but was never offered a scholarship by the Wolverines.

Like his older brother, Matt is known for his his nastiness on the field. Given the traditional style of play in the Big Ten, that can go a long way, especially on a team that loves to run the football like Wisconsin.

Scouting reports on Miller say he has the ability to get to the second level on blocks, indicating he has the agility and the athletic ability to excel in Wisconsin's system that has traditionally required linemen to pull from multiple spots.

Scout.com Midwest regional manager Allen Trieu told DetroitNews.com that Miller is relentless.

"I think his strength is definitely his toughness and his overall demeanor. He plays hard and doesn't take plays off. It has to be exhausting for the guys across from him."

Miller's high school coach, Doug Pearson, told the Wisconsin State Journal when he committed that the Miller boys are the kind of kids that every coach loves to have, on the field and off.

"The thing I like about the Miller boys, both of them, is the fact they're great kids here in school, everybody likes them and all of that. But when they lace up their football cleats, they kind of transform personalities on the field. It's just the way you want it as a coach."

Verbal commitment Verbally committed June 27, 2012

With an older brother already playing big time college football at Michigan, Miller was on the radar of a number of elite football factories across the United States. The three-star guard started taking unofficial visits in the fall of his junior year, making trips to Michigan (twice), Notre Dame, West Virginia, Tennessee, Iowa and Wisconsin.

Miller's first offer came from Illinois, with Purdue, Cincinnati and Michigan State following shortly after. Miller also received offers from Miami (Fla.), Indiana, Boston College, Miami (Ohio) and Kentucky.

However, when that Wisconsin offer finally came, it didn't take Miller long to pull the trigger. Just three days after receiving the offer, Miller verbally committed to play his college ball in Madison.

Even with the coaching change from Bret Bielema to Gary Andersen, Miller never wavered on his commitment to the Badgers.

"We didn't commit to a coach. We committed to Wisconsin," Miller told ESPN.
