Wisconsin: 17th Most Valuable Football Program?

The Wall Street Journal reported today that Wisconsin was recently rated the 17th most valuable college football program in a study by a professor at Indiana University-Purdue University Columbus (whatever that is). The Badgers' valuation ranked them sixth in the Big Ten, behind Michigan (#2), Ohio State (#5), Iowa (#11), Nebraska (#13), and Penn State (#16). Thank god UW is at least higher than Michigan State...
