It sounds as if the proposed outdoor game in Chicago at Soldier Field between Wisconsin and Minnesota is close to becoming a reality. An update in the Wisconsin Sate Journal Friday noted that the game has tentatively shifted it's date from Saturday, February 16th, 2013 to Sunday the 17th. Andy Baggot noted that all schools involved are currently reviewing contracts for the event. The event is still expected to be part of a doubleheader that will include a game between CCHA rivals Miami and Notre Dame.
