After leaving earlier in the third quarter with an apparent left ankle injury, Montee Ball returned to Saturday's game against Minnesota. Ball rushed for a loss of one yard on the last play of the third quarter, after which the Badgers will have a 2nd-and-11 from their 40-yard line. Wisconsin currently leads, 24-13.

Ball has rushed 17 times for 73 yards, just 4.3 per carry. James White, though, has enjoyed his finest game in a while, gaining 159 yards and three touchdowns on 11 carries.
