Badgers land four-star offensive tackle
Wisconsin head coach Bret Bielema received a verbal commitment from four-star offensive tackle Kyle Dodson (Cleveland Heights HS; University Heights, Ohio) Monday, according to both BadgerBlitz.com and Badger247.com (both sites require a subscription).
Dodson reportedly received an offer from Ohio State Monday morning, but gave Bielema the verbal commitment early Monday evening.
Dodson is listed at 6-6, 310 pounds and has offers from Alabama, Illinois, Michigan, Michigan State, Minnesota, Nebraska, and Notre Dame among many other schools.
The Ohio native is the fourth four-star recruit from the 2012 class to give Wisconsin a verbal and the fifth player overall. The Badgers are still going hard after a number of other four-star recruits and even a couple of five-star recruits. Unless something goes terribly wrong with a number of these recruits, it's safe to say the 2012 class is shaping up as Bielema's best.
And there's still a ton of time to make it even better.

Alex here from the Buckeye site elevenwarriors.com. I just spoke to Dodson on the phone and thought you guys would like to hear what he had to say about his decision. You got a tremendous player who will be the next great OT at Wisco. Well done and hats off to your staff. Here is the article:
