MADISON, Wis. - Happy Super Bowl Sunday and welcome into our live game thread as the Badgers hope to build off an impressive win over Purdue with a victory over their favorite Kohl Center victim, Michigan State. The Badgers are 7-0 against the Spartans under Bo Ryan in Madison.

Judging by the recent play of MSU, that trend is unlikely to change this afternoon. Tom Izzo's squad is reeling, having lost four of its past five games. The low point came Wednesday night in a blowout loss to cellar-dwelling Iowa. Nonetheless, the Badgers need to come out strong because nothing would turn the tide for this Michigan State team faster than a win over Wisconsin at the Kohl Center.
