Basketball scoring
What bothers me when I watch the Badgers play is how many times the 30 second clock runs out or they are forced to take a bad shot. There isn't one player on the team who can create his own shot when necessary and Bo doesn't recruit that kind of player. I'm not talking about the super-ego guys who want all the shots, just a player who has the ability to score when necessary.

Have you ever heard of Jordan Taylor?
70% of his points come with the shot clock under 10 seconds. I sort of agree that they shouldn’t go so far into the shot clock everytime, but thats just their stategy and it seems to work.
I gots to put the team on my back, doh.
That Jon Leuer guy isn't bad at creating his own shot either....
I won’t even touch the “Bo doesn’t recruit that type of player” logic
Get a ife broseph
Yeh and Leuer.
Taylor and Leuer usually so a good job of getting a good shot at the end of the shot clock. Nankivil helps too. Of course when they go under 15 secs everytime they can’t get a good shot Everytime but more often then not. Bo’s strategy is get the opponent tired by making them play defense for 30 seconds every possession. Thats when they start to grow impatient and foul.

Was the game at Mackey Arena the first you watched this season?
This team is often a dynamic offensive team. Not always, but usually pretty solid.
Bucky's 5th Quarter - All Badgers, all the time.
Running the clock down doesn’t bother me, but look at the shot attempts against Penn State and who took them. Players would get the ball and immediately pass, even as the clock neared 35. No one wants to shoot unless wide open, and they don’t seem to be able to drive. I have seen drives and shots by players other than Taylor and Leuer, but not often.
That was the worst game
played by the Wisconsin Badgers in 10 years. I do see what you mean, but that game is a bad example.
