It frankly takes the joy out of the game, and I can honestly say that if I were a Wisconsin fan, I’d trade the steady success of the Ryan years for something more dynamic.

I get it, I’ve heard this story before. I fear for the state for college basketball journalists, saying the thing about Bo’s squad every time. I mean, have they ever been to the Kohl Center? Do the fans look bored? I’m not worried for the state of college basketball.

And hey, it's hard to argue with success.

Sure, they haven’t gone deep into the tournament recently, but Bo’s style keeps them competitive in the Big Ten, and that’s about what you can expect to ask for as a fan right now.
