Attention: Blackhawks fans in Madison!

Editors' Note- HawkVision asked that we plug his Madison game viewing get-together, so here it is. If you're in Badger country, stop on by. - McClure (co-author of SBN's Second City Hockey)

Those Hawks fans who are based in the Madison, WI area...

In a perfect world, we would turn this place into a Blackhawks bar during the playoffs...but, I know a lot of us can't make it out for every game (including myself) However, I really hope as many Madison area Hawks fans as possible show up for the playoff opener this Friday night, and at least the weekend night games during our (hopefully) long run.

Since we don't all exactly know each other by face, or even real name...just show up wearing your Hawks gear, and I imagine we'll find each other. I'll be the ugly bastard with a beard and a white Kane jersey.

Puck drops at 7:30 Friday night...so let's get a good space by 6:30-7:00pm. The only thing that worries me, and would with ANY bar in Madison, on this particular Friday night, is that the Brewers play at 6:05. And they'll automatically get precedence over Chicago's NHL team on most TVs, obviously. But, I really don't think everyTV will be tuned to the exciting early season action of Brewers/Nationals. If we get enough of us out there - which to them means many, happy, paying customers - they'll accommodate us.

So...Madison Hawks fans...get your asses to Lucky's during the playoffs! Good times are sure to be had.
