It’s amazing how much more excitement there is about this game than last year’s. Same bowl, completely different stakes.

That was very poor coverage on the kickoff
Obviously that was a trick play, but Aaron Henry, Antonio Fenelus and Will Hartman were all there to make a play and didn’t.

Wisconsin has been throughly outcoached so far.
Miami dialed up that run blitz on Paul Chryst and completely stopped that drive. And the reverse on the opening kickoff caught UW completely off guard. As so often happens with Bielema’s special teams unit, many guys were out of their gaps and then three guys couldn’t keep contain on the back side.

That's why I liked UW's chances coming into this game

Wisconsin weather is a grab bag.
We had 80’s in February 6 years ago and a blizzard near the end of May…
It can be brutal. The mixture of Lake Michigan and the damp air can just deflate ya quickly if you are not from around here.

If I hear one more person bring up the fact that Miami has only allowed 2 rush TDs in the last 7 games...
This defense allows 118 rushing yards per game. Just because opponents don’t run the ball into the endzone, doesn’t mean they aren’t successfully running the football! It’s the most misleading stat ever.

Feels good to beat a team like Miami.
Good to see other fans here from around the Big Ten. Have to root for Bucky during the season, but I am all for rooting Big Ten during bowls and tourneys! Good luck against GT! That is one of the more interesting match ups.
